ST LOUIS ADAPT

ADAPT took on the Catholic St Louis Old Cathedral last summer. One protester dressed as a monk. Most carried signs with Biblical references. Demanding a ramp for access, they picketed out front till they could be ignored no longer. “People have asked for access for 15, 20 years” said Michelle Steger. “They never would do it. First they blamed costs; then aesthetics.” But by Christmas they had a beautiful ramp.
