I am marching for MiCASSA, man. Trying to set my people free.

We are an economically oppressed population. We need to encourage going to school. Kids with disabilities get on the ‘special education’ track, they don’t get an education. I want to help give a voice to them. I did special education for one year. It was one of the most intellectually retarded activities ever. We were treated like we were in kindergarten. If it wasn’t for mainstream, I wouldn’t make it in college.

Separate is not equal. It is time for revolution.

I want to get MiCASSA passed to my mom and dad, my son and myself don’t have to go to a nursing home.

Hatch and Bennet know we are here. They will be co-sponsors, they will see that we are here.
