My Medicaid Matters Rally
Wednesday, September 21, 2011. Before the rally, Capitol Hill was shrouded in fog. ADAPT activists started early to set up for the rally and welcome thousands to the event.
Many people had boarded buses before sunrise to travel to the Capitol.
